How to Enter the $5,000 Giveaway

  1. Visit our showroom before October 31st.

  2. Sign up in person — online entries will not be accepted.

  3. Join us on Halloween night for the drawing and Trunk or Treat fun! If you are not in attendance we will email you that you are the winner.

🏆 The $5,000 Grand Prize will be awarded as a discount off your kitchen or bath project.
Winner announced live at 6:30 PM on October 31st during the Trunk or Treat celebration!

OFFICIAL RULES – Cabinet Genies “$5K Home Treats Giveaway”


1. Sponsor & Administrator
Sponsor: Cabinet Genies, Cape Coral, FL.
Administrator: Cabinet Genies, Cape Coral, FL.


2. Promotion Period
Entries accepted from October 13, 2025, at showroom opening until
October 31, 2025, 12:00 PM local time.


3. Eligibility / Entry
Open to legal residents of Lee, Charlotte and Collier Counties aged 21+. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve chances. One entry per person/household (duplicate entries void).

To enter: visit the Cabinet Genies showroom during promotion period, complete the official entry form with name, email, phone.


4. Drawing / Winner Selection
The drawing will take place at 6:30 PM local time on October 31, 2025, at the Cabinet Genies showroom parking lot. The winner will be selected at random among valid entries. Odds depend on the total number of valid entries.


5. Prize & Redemption
Grand prize: $5,000 applied as a credit toward a kitchen or bath project with Cabinet Genies. To redeem, the winner must sign a project contract of minimum value $1,000 and begin the project within 12 months of notification. If the winner fails to redeem under these conditions, the prize may be forfeited or awarded to a runner-up, at Sponsor’s discretion.

The prize is non-transferable and has no cash value.


6. Winner Notification / Announcement
The winner must be present at drawing; if not present, Sponsor will contact the winner by email/phone. Sponsor will post the winner's name on social media.


7. Disqualifications / Invalid Entries
Entries may be disqualified for duplicate, incomplete, false
information, or entry from outside the service area.
Sponsor reserves the right to reject entries that violate rules.


8. Publicity / Privacy
By participating, entrants consents to use of name, likeness, etc. for promotional purposes. Personal data will be used for marketing; opt-out option provided.


9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel or  modify the promotion in case of force majeure. Disputes governed by Florida law.


10. Odds / Value / Taxes
Odds depend on the number of valid entries. Winner responsible for any taxes or incidental costs. Estimated fair market value: $5,000 credit.
